This fruit salad is creamy and sweet. Serve in parfait glasses with a few pecans on top for a delicious dessert. 2 apples, washed and cut into chunks 2 bananas, peeled and sliced 2 cups red grapes, washed 2 navel oranges, peeled and cut into chunks 1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained, juice reserved 1 (3.5-ounce) package instant sugar-free vanilla pudding mix 1 1/2 cups nonfat milk
Combine fruit in a large mixing bowl and set aside. Whisk reserved pineapple juice and milk into vanilla pudding mix for 2-3 minutes. Fold pudding into fruit. Refrigerate one hour before serving. Makes 8 servings. Calories per serving: 120
